Field Sales Representative

Bela Recruitment is hiring a Field Sales Representative (Construction Supplies) covering the Enniskillen / Fermanagh region, Northern Ireland.

Salary £36,000 - £42,000+ (Depending on experience) + a realistic Commission (which is being reviewed and should increase) + Car + Expenses + Pension + Professional Development + Growth Prospects.

The Company
A super successful local business, which supply the construction market with a huge array of construction products. They are the brand leaders in this space.
They have been in business for over 30 years and are trusted and respected by clients across Northern Ireland. Excellent opportunity to manage customers in the Fermanagh area.

Responsibilities
· You will focus on growing a live set of key accounts, to maximise market share and sales.
· Source and secure new customers in your territory.
· Ensure exceptional service to key accounts via regular contact and ensuring great service.
· Contribute to sales campaigns and gather information on the local customer base.
· Spend on average 4+ days per week in the field with clients, discussing their needs, promoting products and technical specialities.
· Systematically follow-up, negotiate and close new business.
· Work closely with internal sales & marketing teams.

Requirements
· 1 years+ of experience of selling into the construction sector in NI.
· Knowledge & contacts in the NI Construction market is highly desirable.
· Full driving licence.
· Must be self-motivated, can work independently and detail focused.
· Must be results-focused, can hit & exceed sales targets and a desire to earn a commission & while provide excellent customer service.
· You need excellent people skills, good IT skills and ability to track all activity on a CRM system.

Rewards
Salary £36,000 - £42,000.
Realistic & achievable £3000 - £4000 annual bonus (this is under review & should
increase).
