Accounts Technician - Coleraine - Permanent role Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Finance & Office Administrator to join an established business based in Coleraine. About the role:
- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday
- Permanent role
What you will be doing in this role:- Manage all supplier invoices and payments efficiently.
- Oversee all sales invoicing, credit control, and maintain accurate pricing information.
- Process all banking transactions accurately and perform regular reconciliations.
- Assist with weekly payroll duties and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Conduct internal financial analysis and provide reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Handle quarterly VAT returns, EC sales, customs declarations for imported goods, and annual business surveys.
- Support office operations including telephones, filing, processing customer orders, and liaising with transport companies.
What you'll need for this role:- IATI Level 4/ fully qualified or equivalent
- At least two years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in Sage Line 50, Sage One, Sage Payroll, Microsoft Excel, and other MS Office applications
- Strong IT skills and ability to adapt in a growing company
