The Role

You will have a wide range of duties, such as;

• To administrator the firms payroll bureau for all clients, ensuring deadlines are met
• Assist the payroll supervisor to ensure the payroll bureau runs smoothly
• ensure high level of accuracy and quality at all times
• Liase with both internal and external clients
• opportunities to expand knowledge into other areas such as book-keeping and accounts

The Person

The ideal candidate will be:

• 1-2 years experience Practice or payroll bureau
• knowledge of payroll software
• competent in excel and word
• excellent written and oral communication skills
• ability to prioritise tasks effectively
