MCS Group are looking for an Assistant Tax Manager to join a NI Top 100 company based in Belfast.

The Company:

Our client is one Northern Ireland's leading employers based in Belfast. They provide a range of services to their residential and commercial customer base. Now is a great time to join the company as they look to add an Assistant Tax Manager to their tax team.

• £33,670 - £44,893 + extensive benefits;

The Role:

As the successful Assistant Tax Manager you will report directly to the Group Tax Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Preparation of corporation tax returns and capital allowance claims;
• Preparation of VAT returns, EC Sales and Intrastat returns;
• Preparation of CIS returns;
• Tax forecasting & year-end reporting;
• Tax specific projects & advisory work;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Assistant Tax Manager will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified CTA or ATT or ACA/ACCA;
• Relevant tax experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong IT skills
