Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

Belfast

Salary: £25,000-£28,500

Desirable critera:

- Knowledge of Public Sector compliance and processes

- Experience in relationship management or customer service

- Degree educated & strong IT skills

The Role-

As Sourcing Specialist, you will be supporting the wider team, assisting with sourcing top talent in the market in a high volume capacity.

Within the role, you will be responsible for a number of key areas including:

• Identify and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate information and recruitment activities.
