This established Building Services Contractor has an opportunity for a Pre-Construction Manager to join their team in the Co Armagh region. Either an existing preconstruction manager or else an MEP Manager looking to cut back on travel can expand their skills and take a unique step forward within this highly successful M&E Contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination of the design, estimating and pre-contract commercial functions.
• Internal and external point of contact for the tender process.
• Full commercial aspects of projects to from tender inquiry to project handover to the site delivery team.
• This is a client facing role working on projects ranging up to £10M and above

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience in a commercial role within an M&E environment
• Excellent attention to detail and effective communicator.
• Either mechanically or electrically biased.
• An awareness of the balance of risk and profit is vital.
• Good commercial understanding of the Pre-Contract tender process.
• Confident negotiator.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Project.
