We are recruiting an administration assistant to be based in Gransha Park Derry/Londonderry in the Cityside Recovery Team. This is a full time post Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. The rate of pay for this role will be £12.31 per hour and will last a minimum of 3 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to the Adult Mental Health Services.
Key responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and providing professional assistance to callers
Booking appointments and managing calendars/diaries
Accurately taking meeting minutes and distributing them as required
Typing doctors reports from dictation.
Supporting day-to-day administrative operations across the service
What We Need From You
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
- 1 year of administrative/clerical experience.
- Minute taking experience is preferred but not essential.
- Experience using Microsoft packages, including excel, word and outlook.
- Willingness to complete an enhanced Access NI check.
