The role is ideally suited to those wanting to take the next step in their career and assume ownership of a function for the first time.

You may be a Generalist, Advisor, BP or Manager, dependent upon the size and scale of your current organisation, but regardless of title, you will radiate all things culture and people, be full of energy and passion, combined with a growth mindset and a willingness to take measured risks in the search of creating a culture that fosters the development of A players.

The ideal candidate will come from the tech or professional services sector; however consideration will be given to exceptional candidates from outside of these industries.
