Asset Management Graduate Trainee (Ref 2025-25)
Location: Various locations across Northern Ireland
To successfully complete a 3 year development programme
within our Project Delivery Department, gaining experience in a broad range of
work and projects including completion of training and a relevant
qualification.
To support the Housing Executive’s Maintenance Programmes,
assisting in the delivery of effective maintenance works. This will include
supporting the effective commercial management of NIHE's assets, of
high-quality works and compliance related investment.
To assist in the delivery of a high-quality customer focused
and cost-effective Asset Management service to the NIHE’s tenants.
To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and
responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.
The current salary for this post is £26,835 - £31,586 per
annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution
of 19%.
