About the Role

Signatus are hiring an experienced eDiscovery Review Manager to lead complex, high-stakes document review projects for litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters. This is a client-facing, fully remote role for someone who knows how to manage the full lifecycle of a review — from initial scoping through to delivery — while overseeing reviewer teams and driving quality and efficiency.

You’ll work closely with legal teams and clients, bringing deep knowledge of eDiscovery platforms and review strategy, alongside a strong grasp of how to deliver results under pressure.

If you are an experienced eDiscovery professional who has focused on review stage rather than the technology application and process then this role may be ideal for you. Document review lawyers and project managers are of high interest and our client can facilitate a variety of contract options including fully employed, consultant based or contracted. To be eligible, you must have UK or Irish residency status as sponsorship options are unfortunately not available.

What are your Key Responsibilities?

  • Lead end-to-end management of document review projects (civil and commercial litigation investigations, regulatory disclosures, competition law investigations, product liability inquiries etc)
  • Scope and design workflows, protocols, and quality control processes
  • Oversee and mentor contract review teams (including training, performance and productivity oversight)
  • Interface with clients and stakeholders to communicate progress, budgets, timelines, and key findings
  • Apply defensible, best-practice standards across all project phases
  • Drive use of analytics and advanced tools (Relativity, Reveal, NIUX) to improve accuracy and efficiency

You Should Have

  • Proven experience managing eDiscovery review teams and workflows
  • Strong knowledge of disclosure obligations, privilege, and relevancy standards in the UK and EU
  • Hands-on experience with Relativity, Reveal, and/or NIUX or similar platforms
  • Confidence in communicating directly with clients, counsel, and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new subject matter – from white-collar crime to competition law
  • Strong project management, organisation, and reporting skills

What We Offer

  • Fully remote working (UK/Ireland only)
  • Flexible, project-based work with high-impact legal teams
  • Opportunities to lead significant cases and investigations
  • Work with experienced professionals in a collaborative, no-nonsense environment
  • Premium salary and benefits package including bonus
