Job: Admin Officer
Location: Belfast, Castle Court
Start Date: ASAP
£12.97 per hour
Admin duties for appeals team include:
•
Printing bundles that include all information
sent in to the dept.
•
Redaction of details in line with GDPR
•
Posting bundles
•
Registering various cases on internal systems
and issuing letters
•
Scrutinizing documents received and updating
systems where necessary
•
Monitoring internal mailboxes
•
Contacting customers where appropriate to
gather most up to date information
•
General ad-hoc duties where and when
required"
