MCS Group are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join a high growth FinTech company based in Belfast.

The Company:

Our client is a high growth FinTech company based in Belfast with muliplte offices in the US. They specialise in providing software and platforms for the financial services sector. Now is a great time to be joining the company as they look to add a FP&A Analyst to their Belfast team as they continue to grow.

The Role:

As the successful FP&A Analyst you will report directly to the Head of FP&A and will be responsible for the following:

• Monthly & quarterly reporting;
• Analysis of actual vs forecast;
• Assist with annual operating budget;
• Business partner with key stakeholders;
• Develop KPIs;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful FP&A Analyst will meet the following criteria:

• Open to Qualified or Qualified by Experience;
• Strong FP&A experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong IT skills.
