Your Role
As an IT Support Administrator, you'll thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment, providing essential 1st and 2nd line IT support across a multi-site company. Your hands-on approach will ensure smooth IT operations for Head Offices, retail branches, and leisure projects.
Flexibility and travel are key, as you'll work across both the Retail and Hospitality & Leisure sectors.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should have a relevant qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science, along with at least two years of experience in IT support. Your technical expertise in IT systems, hardware, software, and networking principles will be crucial. Familiarity with retail software and Microsoft operating systems is essential. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are vital. A clean driving licence and willingness to travel are also required.
