Permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, with remote work available on Fridays)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Account Manager / Junior Business Growth Specialist to play a crucial role in expanding the company’s presence within the construction and infrastructure sectors. This role will focus on identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct industry research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Develop tailored strategies to attract and engage prospective customers.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and support.
Work closely with internal teams to align service offerings with customer needs.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging developments to inform business growth strategies.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development efforts.
Draft and submit proposals, quotes, and contracts with assistance from the marketing team.
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and professional conferences to enhance market visibility.
Candidate Profile:
A degree in business, engineering, or a relevant field is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience in business development, sales, or client management is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to company growth.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
