Accounts Administrator / Purchase Ledger Clerk
Belfast (BT3)
Salary c.£24K - £28K DOE
We are pleased to be working on behalf of a client with an
immediate need for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their
established Team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
·
Set up new customers and suppliers
·
investigate and resolve supplier queries
·
Invoice processing (over 3 companies)
·
Reconciliation of supplier statements
·
Other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required
Eligibility criteria:
·
Min 3+ years’ experience working as part of a busy finance team
·
Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages
·
Processing high volume of invoices
·
High level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel
·
Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload
·
Strong planning and organising skills
·
Good numeracy and time management skills
·
Keen eye for detail
