The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm, professional service and offering guidance on a range of banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported.
- Recommend suitable banking products and services tailored to individual needs.
- Support and promote digital and self-service banking options.
- Carry out transactions accurately, adhering to all compliance and control procedures.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, efficient branch environment.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about helping people and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Positive, proactive, and motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management abilities.
Desirable:
- Experience in a banking or financial services setting is an advantage.
