MCS Group is looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join a leading distribution company based in Ballyclare area.

The Company:

Our client is a leading group of companies based in the Ballyclare area with multiple offices across the UK and Ireland. They have multiple divisions within the group that operate on a global basis. Now is an exciting time to join the company as they look to appoint a Sales Ledger Clerk to support their finance function.

The Role:

As the successful Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be reporting to the Sales Ledger Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:

• High volume sales invoice processing
• Utilising customer systems to raise invoices
• Communication with customers
• Preparation of credit notes
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will meet the following criteria:

• Experience working within a fast paced finance office
• Experience in the use of Microsoft packages
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong commercial acumen;
