Financial Accountant - Belfast

The Role:

As the successful Financial Accountant, you will be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage and document intercompany transactions and balances for the Group
• Maintain and improve intercompany processes
• Ensure sufficient controls are implemented and operating effectively
• Review monthly reconciliations of multi-currency GL accounts for global inter-office accounts
• Support the group annual external audit of intercompany balances; and local office audits as required
• Act as trusted advisor to the global finance community, being a POC on intercompany accounting and policy/process questions

The Person:

The successful Financial Accountant will have the following characteristics:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Practice or industry background
• Strong technical accounting ability
