Evenings and Weekends - Casual Hours
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To offer the highest possible customer service at the Lagan Valley Island at all times, to conference delegates, concert patrons, visitors, contractors, staff and performers.
To meet and greet members of the public, solving problems, answering queries, offering directions, giving advice and endeavouring to ensure a trouble free visit for everyone.
To undertake pre-event safety checks and complete pre-event safety paperwork. To ensure fire exits and routes are kept clear from obstructions.
To check tickets to ensure they are valid.
To usher patrons to their seats efficiently and effectively.
To use telephone and radio communication, to liaise with colleagues and management.
Person Specification:
It is essential that applicants have a minimum of:
EXPERIENCE
One year’s experience of dealing with the public in a Customer Service environment.
Ability to work evenings and/or weekends
DESIRABLE:
- – Two years’ experience of dealing with the public in a conference/theatre environment
Location: Lisburn Lagan Valley Island
Hourly Rate of pay: £12.45
Hours: Time of shifts can vary depending on events start time. Example 6.30pm - 10.30pm. Required on a casual bases evenings and weekends
