Your new role
As a Production Team Leader, you will ensure that your team operates to maximum efficiency and in line with production requirements, always prioritising safety and quality. You will oversee people and production management in a safe, clean working environment, operating on shifts from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. Your responsibilities will include adherence to quality and health and safety procedures, critical thinking to follow production schedules and solve problems, driving and planning to meet and exceed production targets, and effective communication with other departments. You should be a natural communicator and influencer, with a keen understanding of the importance of safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

What you'll get in return
The company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a pension scheme (5% by employee, 8% by employer), a health cash fund covering medical expenses, dental and optical expenses, GP visits, prescription costs, consultations, wellbeing, and alternative treatments following completion of a six-month probation. Additional benefits include a bonus scheme, full training provided, 26 holidays per year, service holidays accruing after three years, discounts at local retailers, a gym and swimming pool, a bike-to-work scheme, Christmas voucher bonus, and personal and professional growth through external courses and company education funding support.
