Your Day-to-Day:
- Coordinating and facilitating training events
- Supporting financial processes like levy collections and grants
- Handling customer calls and in-person queries
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with policy implementation
- Preparing correspondence and helping colleagues when needed
You’ll Need:
- 5 GCSEs (incl. English) with 1 year of relevant experience OR 2 years of relevant recent experience
- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
