Your Day-to-Day:

  • Coordinating and facilitating training events
  • Supporting financial processes like levy collections and grants
  • Handling customer calls and in-person queries
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with policy implementation
  • Preparing correspondence and helping colleagues when needed

You’ll Need:

  • 5 GCSEs (incl. English) with 1 year of relevant experience OR 2 years of relevant recent experience
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Great communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
