Title: Systems Administrator
Responsible To: Deputy Chief Executive
Salary: £23,837 FTE per annum pro rata
Hours: 28 hrs hours per week (Additional hours may be required)
Location: Belfast Hub - Albany House, 73-75 Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7AF (You may be expected to travel to other work locations)
Duration: Permanent
Working Pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Purpose:
The post holder will work closely with Managers from a variety of functions to maintain a range of information systems within the organisation and to manipulate data to produce meaningful management information.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:•
2 A levels / NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent plus 1 years’ experience of working with IT SystemsOr•
5 years’ experience of working with IT Systems.
Essential Skills •
Sound working knowledge of Information Technology and the ability to provide basic IT support•
Proven ability to manipulate data to produce meaningful management reports•
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including a detailed knowledge of Excel spreadsheets using formulas and creating pivot tables•
Strong organisational skills with experience of managing conflicting priorities•
Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Desirable Skills•
Experience of working in an IT support environment•
Knowledge of Microsoft cloud products
