MCS is partnering with a renowned Wealth Management & Financial Planning firm which have a strong presence in NI, to recruit for a skilled Paraplanner for their Belfast office – to join at a crucial time in the firm’s growth, supporting their 1000+ clients.

This brand-new role is a full-time, permanent opportunity that would suit a qualified Lvl 4 Paraplanner seeking to elevate their career and who genuinely enjoys a highly social working environment.

Your Package

• Package of £35,000-£40,000
• Pension
• Life insurance
• 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

What your day would look like

• Processing new business on the relevant platform
• Submitting relevant cases for pre-approval in line with the compliance manual
• Working closely with advisers for technical meeting preparation and analysis
• Developing and managing effective systems, processes and procedures to continuously improve Practice efficiency
• Support the workflow of advisers, to ensure all cases are actioned within specific timeframes
• Technical support to all employees, as well as ongoing support to ensure high accuracy and attention to detail

Your skills

• 5+ years’ experience in a Paraplanning role within IFA or Investment Management
• Lvl 4 qualification is essential
• Demonstrably skilled and capable in varied report-writing
• Skilled in trust-planning and transfers
• Tools / Systems knowledge in the following would be advantageous: FE Analytics, Intelligent Office, Voyant or similar
