Mechanical Design Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Mechanical Design Engineer for our successful client who is a leading innovative manufacturing company offering high quality and sustainable engineering solutions.

As the Mechanical Design Engineer you will:

• Design district network schemes and energy centres, including buried piping systems, energy centres, boilers, CHP units, thermal stores, plate heat exchanger assemblies, pumps, chillers, heat pumps and auxiliary systems
• The production of tender scopes, specifications, bills of materials and engineering calculations
• Technical support and design coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including business development and project managers, contractors, clients, and design consultants

You will have:

• BSc Engineering Degree
• Good knowledge of Solid works
