The Company:

Our client is one of Northern Ireland’s leading Grammar Schools. The school was founded 130 years ago and attracts students globally. They have a close-knit and long-standing team and are now seeking to recruit a Finance Manager due to retirement in the team.

The Rewards:

As the successful Finance Manager you will receive the following:

• Salary up to £58k (DOE)
• 19.5% employer contribution pension
• 38 days annual leave (including stats)

The Role:

As the successful Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Bursar and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the finance function
• Managing a small finance team of 3
• Preparation of quarterly management accounts
• Preparation of budgets and projections
• Preparation of year-end financial statements
• Overseeing the annual internal audit process
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description

The Person:

The successful Finance Manager will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Open to industry, not-for-profit or public sector background
