Role Overview

In this fast-paced customer-facing role, you’ll support service centre operations by coordinating maintenance bookings, communicating with customers, and managing essential service documentation. You’ll be the link between clients and workshop teams, ensuring the highest levels of support and satisfaction are delivered throughout the service life-cycle.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for service-related enquiries, ensuring a helpful and responsive customer experience.

  • Handle service schedules, manage records, and confirm appointments across multiple vehicle lines.

  • Organise and manage PSV test arrangements in line with customer requirements.

  • Create and track workshop job cards, ensuring smooth job progression and clear communication with technicians.

  • Process service completions, close out paperwork, and provide invoice support.

  • Make proactive calls to existing clients to promote maintenance services and up-sell additional solutions.

  • Provide pricing for service plans and explain benefits to encourage long-term agreement take-up.

  • Liaise with the workshop manager to align vehicle workload and optimise scheduling.

  • Notify clients of any necessary additional repairs, securing approval and providing cost breakdowns.

  • Arrange post-service collection or delivery and explain completed work clearly and professionally.

About You

  • Background in customer service or admin support, ideally within automotive, logistics, or transport industries.

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Confident working with internal systems and managing multiple service work flows.

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.

  • Full, clean UK driving licence required.
