Start Date: ASAP
Location: Antrim, BT41
Duration: 6 to 9 months
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, 9am to 5pm
Rate of Pay: £12.65 per hour

Main Duties:

  • Create and maintain customers on Account NI for billing purposes within 4 working days.
  • Issue invoices and credit notes to customers (including students) via line management within 4 working days.
  • Create accounts for ERS payments.
  • Process self-billing ERS payments within timeframe.
  • Mobile phone administration
  • Daily receipting of card/cash/cheque payments on Account NI.
  • Reconciliation of Worldpay receipts to Learner Management System (REMS).
  • Process petty cash reimbursement via BMAP payments.
  • Maintain spreadsheets in relation to finance tasks.
  • Liaison with internal and external customers via public counter, email and telephone.
  • Electronic filing of information into records database.
  • General admin/office duties

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grades A to C (or level 2 equivalent – evidence must be provided).
  • Successful candidates will be subject to an Access NI check.
