We are currently recruiting for an admin officer based in
Strabane.
The successful candidates will be required to start once the
vetting paperwork, ANI clearance has been completed.
As part of the First Contact Team the person will work as
part of a multifunctional administrative team which provides both back of
office and front office support in a local Jobs and Benefit Office. As
the first point of contact for UC claimants they will be responsible for
assisting claimants who need to conduct their business face to face or via
telephone.
The role is customer facing and deals with queries on the phone and at a public
counter. Their duties will include claimant orientation, resolving queries,
arranging appointments, undertaking interviews, assisting customers in the Digi
Zone, where appropriate, input new data and change of circumstances
updates.
£12.59 per hour
37 hours- (Mon – Fri, 9-5)
