As a Stores / Parts Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service while managing stock effectively. About the role:
- Location: Garvagh
- Hours of Work: Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (One evening per week or Saturday on a fair, rotational basis)
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience
- Shift allowance for evening / Saturday work
- 29 days holiday (including statutory holidays)

In this role you will:- Engage with customers at the counter and over the phone, taking ownership of every sales lead
- Receive and accurately identify goods from suppliers
- Implement and maintain pricing structures
- Recommend and provide all necessary parts, accessories, and additional services for repairs
- Maintain secure, well-organised stock
- Handle stock control documentation and requisitions efficiently
What you'll need for this role: - Proven experience in a customer-facing position.
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., parts department).
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
