Location: Remote (UK-based)

Working Pattern: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday - Friday)

About the Role

As Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring optimal engagement, satisfaction, and delivery of services. From on boarding through ongoing collaboration, you will play a critical role in strengthening relationships, driving client-focused innovation, and supporting strategic business development efforts across the legal landscape.

Your Impact

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a dedicated partner and primary contact for assigned accounts.

  • Guide new clients through on boarding, training, and continuous service optimisation.

  • Proactively identify client needs and tailor solutions to maximise long-term satisfaction.

  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless work flow execution and service excellence.

Growth & Strategy

  • Collaborate with commercial and legal teams to identify and capitalise on account growth opportunities.

  • Support the development of bespoke client solutions in response to feedback and evolving industry trends.

  • Participate in proposal preparation and support wider business development activity.

Insights & Analytics

  • Monitor client feedback and satisfaction metrics to inform service enhancements.

  • Maintain comprehensive account records and produce detailed reports for senior stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline.

  • Background in key account management or client-facing roles within legal or professional services.

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of legal operations or work flow processes.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and excellent project coordination skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
