???? Salary: £26,000+ (Negotiable depending on experience)

Role Summary

You’ll serve as a central support function within the operations team, coordinating field-based service projects, managing administrative work flows, and ensuring service excellence across customer accounts. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires precision, communication, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate engineer schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects and maintenance work.

  • Track the progress of on-site activities to ensure deadlines and standards are met.

  • Act as a point of contact for client queries and provide timely updates by phone and email.

  • Record and log incoming requests, maintenance calls, and follow through to completion.

  • Manage documentation from site operatives and close out job files for invoicing and compliance.

  • Work to agreed KPIs and service standards, ensuring SLAs are maintained.

  • Assist with resource planning and team coverage during absences or busy periods.

  • Provide administrative support across contracts, reporting, and general office coordination.

  • Escalate operational issues to management in a timely and appropriate manner.

  • Build strong working relationships with clients, internal teams, and contractors.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an operational, project admin, or customer service environment.

  • Strong communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel.

  • Highly organised, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Team-oriented and proactive, with the ability to adapt to changing demands.
