Digital Systems Manager

We are currently recruiting a Digital Systems Manager to join our client in Lisburn

• £21.96 from 31st March onwards)
• 36.25 hours per week
• Monday - Friday
• 6 months initially with possible extension

The Digital Systems Manager will be responsible for providing technical and business support for the Digital Line of Business Systems & Services, including hardware, software, training, project management, Digital services and Digital related communications resources.
Manager the day to day line of business digital systems services requests and incidents, using service management tools
Responsible for managing existing and new system infrastructure across all IT systems, hardware etc
Participate in formal and informal discussions and meetings
Communicating technical issues/incidents to services users and key stakeholders
To monitor and maintain performance of IT services ensuring adequate capacity and availability

Essential Criteria :

Possess a Degree level qualification in a relevant subject (e.g. IT, Systems Development)
AND Have at least 2 years’ experience in a Systems Manager role. OR Have at least 5 years’ experience in a Systems Managers role.
Have experience in managing and upgrading IT Systems
Can demonstrate : effective planning, organisations, attention to detail, effective communication (oral and written), customer service orientation
