Sales Representative

MCS Group are excited to be partnering with a well-established, family-run business who supply top-quality welding, engineering, and industrial products across NI and beyond. As they continue to grow, they are hiring for a driven Sales Representative to help expand their customer base and strengthen relationships in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identifying and capitalising on new sales opportunities to grow the customer base.

• Achieving sales targets within your assigned region (Belfast)

• Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing clients.

• Providing expert advice and guidance on our extensive range of welding and engineering products.

• Delivering outstanding customer service and representing the brand with professionalism and pride.

• Supporting the growth of market share in your region through proactive outreach and account development.

• A hardworking and trustworthy individual with a customer-first mindset.

• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

• Energetic and enthusiastic, with a flexible approach to the needs of the business.

• Comfortable presenting to a variety of clients, from tradespeople to business owners.

• A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.

• While previous sales experience is not required, a background or interest in welding, engineering, or industrial supplies is a strong advantage.
