PressIT UK is a dynamic supplier of parts, tools, and repair equipment to the electronics and repair industry. With a growing customer base and a reputation for exceptional service, we’re now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the business – from warehouse to webstore, and everything in between.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role combines operational leadership with a strong commercial edge. You'll oversee the sales office, dispatch and stock control, while also getting involved in customer interaction, quoting, and supporting revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily operations across order processing, stock management, warehouse and despatch
• Lead, motivate and support a small team across office and warehouse functions
• Work with the MD to improve processes, systems and customer experience
• Handle key customer enquiries, convert incoming sales leads, and support outbound sales activity
• Monitor stock levels and supplier relationships to maintain availability and margin
• Analyse KPIs, track performance, and implement improvements where needed
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards across the office and warehouse

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a similar operational role within parts supply, distribution or technical sales
• A strong commercial mindset and confidence in supporting and converting sales
• Ability to lead a team and drive performance across multiple functions
• Organised, hands-on and solutions-focused with a proactive approach
• Familiarity with CRM systems, stock management tools and customer platforms
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to great service
