Hours: Full time, shift-based

MCS Group is proud to be working with a large established food manufacturing business based in Craigavon who are seeking an experienced Production Shift Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities and lead a team in achieving shift targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead a production team to meet safety, quality, and performance targets
• Manage staffing levels, allocate duties, and handle performance matters
• Liaise with other departments and escalate issues as needed
• Monitor process controls and make necessary adjustments
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and operational procedures
• Drive continuous improvement and team development
