HR Business Partner – Greater Belfast – Maternity Cover role
MCS Group is incredibly excited to be partnering with an innovative international technology organisation based in the Greater Belfast area, currently seeking a HR Business Partner to cover a upcoming maternity leave. Ideally, the client is keen to appoint a strong candidate who can start in the next 4 weeks, to ensure there is time for a smooth handover.
The role
The successful candidate will join the brand on a 12 month fixed term contract basis, supporting a world class software development team across a number of different global locations. The brand has clear growth potential this year, something the successful candidate will play a key part in, providing best of class advice and guidance to the leadership team.
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing hands-on HR support to employees and managers, ensuring a positive and engaging workplace experience. Partnering closely with several key staekholders, you’ll assist with day-to-day HR needs, including onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, performance management and reward. You’ll support line managers in handling people related challenges, offering guidance on policies and best practices. Your role will focus on fostering a supportive work environment, ensuring compliance, and helping employees navigate their development and career growth.
The successful candidate will work in an autonomous capacity, supporting a workforce of 200+ employees across a number of locations globally. Coaching and advising line management will make up a large part of the role, building capability for the line managers to deal professionally and compliantly with People matters and seeking ways to continually develop and improve the activities and interventions involved in the employee lifecycle . The person
The successful candidate will possess the following
- At least 3 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner, ideally coming from a high-growth, professional services environment
- Demonstrable experience of coaching and developing managers on all HR matters
- Degree educated and CIPD qualified is desirable
- Experience of working in a hihg-growth tech brand is highly desirable
