This organisation is a private-sector organisation that operates throughout Northern Ireland. They are looking to recruit a customer advisor for their office based on Airport-Road West, Belfast.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Administration and planning of new organisation connections
- Contacting customers to plan jobs, liaising closely with construction partners and outside agencies, and dealing with any enquiries and complaints relating to construction.
- Utilising diary and resource planning systems. Administration tasks include issuing letters and liaising with customers.
and requesting an alternative appointment date electronically or over the telephone. - Handle various incoming and outbound telephone calls effectively, providing an efficient and effective service to existing and potential customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in line with company values and standard operating procedures.
- Updating connection and service information on company systems.
- General administrative tasks, recording customer complaints, booking appointments, and data inputting of completed appointments, service work documentation, completed service job documents and incentive management information.
- Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies to ensure an integrated contribution to the organisations' corporate objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) to include English and Maths at Grade C or above
- At least one year’s experience working within a customer service environment and dealing with telephone enquiries.
- At least two years' administrative experience.
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative without supervision.
- Ability to multitask with various activities.
- Excellent communication skills, including a polite & friendly telephone manner.
