Senior Development
Officer
37 Hours Per Week
Salary: £37,976 - £42,845
About the role:
We
have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Development Officer to join our
team to help us deliver our ambitious development programme and manage our
new developments on site. In this
rewarding role you will work closely with the Development Managers to
ensure delivery as per agreed specification, on time and within budget. You
will achieve this through leading and managing your team, promoting
collaborative team working and encouraging innovative thinking.
This exciting opportunity will suit motivated
individuals who have excellent communication and organisational skills, are
effective negotiators and solutions focused.
About
you:
You will have a third level
qualification in a property/construction related subject AND 3 years recent experience in a property/construction
environment (within the last 8 years) OR
5 years recent experience in a property/construction related environment
(within the last 8 years)
You will have practical experience of
managing Professional Consultants in accordance with their appointed scope of
services.
