Job Title: Seasonal Visitor Information Assistant (Casual)
Location: Hillsborough Forest Visitor Info Trailer
Hours: Casual (Includes weekends & bank holidays)
Rate: £12.85 per hour
Duration: Easter – September
What You’ll Do

Greet and assist visitors with local info

Keep brochures stocked and displays tidy
-
Record visitor queries and feedback
-
Support at off-site events
-
Promote local tourism with a smile
What You Need
-
5 GCSEs (A–C) or 3+ years customer service experience
-
1+ year in a visitor-facing or hospitality role
-
Basic Microsoft Office skills
-
Flexible availability (weekends/holidays)
-
Desirable: Tourism, hospitality, or sales experience
