Overview

As Group HR Manager you will be responsible for HR functions across multiple pillars, ensuring all processes are aligned with group strategies. The HR Manager role involves close collaboration with both the senior management team, and wider employee . This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced and agile HR professional, looking to join a fast-paced team and environment.

The main responsibilities

• Overseeing the full recruitment process, including issuing offer packs, managing induction and onboarding for new hires.
• Handling employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, terminations, probation reviews, absence management, and redundancy processes.
• Supporting team leaders with training needs, record-keeping, and budget management, while advising managers on HR matters.
• Ensuring compliance with HR legislation, best practices, and consistently applying HR policies.
• Managing the work experience programme and coordinating payroll updates with the Finance Director, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR administration, and overseeing the PAMS HRMS system.
• Completing statutory returns, including Equality Commission NI reports, and undertaking additional projects or tasks as required.

The ideal candidate

• CIPD level 5 qualified
• Higher education qualification at level 5 or above
• Experience in a similar role and industry
• Proficient in PAMS (or a similar HRIS) and MS Suite
