VANRATH are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Assistant interested in working with a growing group of businesses in Lisburn. This role is suited for a driven individual who can manage multiple payrolls and is ready to take a Senior position within the Finance Team.

About you
If you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll and are looking for an opportunity:
5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths
Experience with computerised HR and attendance systems
Proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Excel
Strong professional etiquette
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
What you'll do
As a Payroll Assistant, you will:
Process weekly and monthly payrolls
Manage and administer pensions
Produce month-end reports for pensions and charity
Report on a weekly and monthly basis
Manage and update internal HR systems for pay increases, new starts, and compile statistical information as needed
Participate in the centralisation and setup of payroll, liaising with the payroll provider
Handle payroll administration duties, including childcare vouchers and reporting of weekly headcount
Work with supervisors and other payroll staff to resolve payroll queries
