Hays are partnering with a Public Services organisation to recruit for a Compliance Manager to join their team.
Your new role
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation operates with integrity, transparency and accountability across strategic procurement, insurance and audit & risk management functions.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a compliance, procurement, insurance, risk management, or audit role, including the following:- 3 years' experience of managing and leading a team, demonstrating strong leadership, motivation, and development skills, as well as the ability to positively influence others towards improvement initiatives.
- 3 years' experience in developing and implementing strategies and policies to achieve organisational outcomes.
- 3 years' experience in ensuring regulatory compliance across services, contracts, or operational areas to drive efficiencies and mitigate risk for the organisation.
- 3 years' experience in working effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to establish, maintain, and support the delivery of organisational outcomes.
