Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor - Enniskillen - Permanent

About the role:

• £32,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
• 28 days annual leave
• On site parking
• Permanent

What you'll be doing in this role:

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and ensure tasks are carried out to their satisfaction
• Plan, assign, and oversee tasks for employees, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard
• Assist with the fabrication of products as required (preferred but not essential)
• Maintain a safe and organised workplace, adhering to Health and Safety regulations

What you'll need for this role:

• Level 2 or 3 in a mechanical qualification or any related qualification such as a Mechanical Degree
• Previous experience as a lead or supervisor
• 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
• Experience with Hydraulics, AHUs, FCUs
• Proven track record in commercial environments
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
  
• Sound technical ability and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team, with flexibility to work overtime when needed
  
• A valid driver’s license is essential
