- THE ROLE -

The post holder will perform a range of 1st line IT support duties to provide a high-quality IT support service to staff and students as part of the Digital Services extended hours IT Service Desk Team. (2.5 hours per week).

- ABOUT YOU -

• A good standard of numeracy & literacy as demonstrated by qualification (including GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics) OR
• by relevant work experience.
• Evidence of practical knowledge of common IT software, Office 365, Zoom or MS Teams.
