Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 1-2 years in a 360° senior recruitment consultant role, demonstrating strong recruitment and business development skills.
• Track Record: Proven success in a target-driven environment.
• Ambition: A desire to dictate your own career progression and earnings, evidenced by self-learning and development.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Influence: Strong influencing and problem-solving abilities.
• Organisation: Superior organisational skills and a positive attitude.

• Earnings Potential: Year 1 earnings of over £60,000, and Year 2 earnings of £75,000 and beyond.
