Your new role
You'll be the key contact between the technical team, customers, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication on product specifications. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you'll lead the Food Safety & Quality team to maintain compliance with BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and customer standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need a qualification in a food-related discipline, experience in a similar position within the food manufacturing industry, and strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (HACCP, BRC, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills are essential, along with proficiency in IT and specification management systems.
