Employment Relations Managers
(Equivalent to NICS Deputy Principal Grade)

Pay Band: £43,584 to £46,712 (August 2024 pay scales). (Full time) (starting salary is normally at the pay band minima)
We are seeking to recruit Employment Relations Managers who will work as a member of the senior management team.
This is an exciting and demanding opportunity, with the successful post holder joining us at a key time as we embark upon the start of our four-year corporate plan.
Of critical importance to this role, is someone who is able to demonstrate the necessary flexibility and agility as well as sharing our values, as we strive towards the achievement of the Agency’s vision.
