A bit about the role
Working alongside the relevant Scheme Co-Ordinator, you will provide an
enhanced housing management service to our independent living tenants ensuring
the highest standards of service in line with our internal procedures and
regulatory requirements.
These
roles have the most direct impact in our communities, on the lives of the
people we support.
Your
normal working days will be Monday to Friday, but we will need you to be
flexible to meet customers' needs including occasional evening work. The role
will require reasonable travel to cover neighbouring schemes for e.g. holiday
cover so you should be able to travel to
meet the requirements of the post without relying on public transport and apply
a flexible, smart approach to delivery that will demonstrate that things can be
done sustainably and be able to respond to out-of-hours emergencies when
required.
A bit about you
You
will have a good understanding of what great customer experience looks like.
Experience of working with people with a range of different support needs,
completing support plans and a good understanding of housing related support
would be extremely useful in the role but we can provide training on these
areas.
This isn’t a hands-on
caring role – strong
administration skills, digitally connected with previous experience of working
with computer packages is
essential to your success in the role. Building and maintaining respectful
relationships is key.
