Salary: NJC Points 48 - 51, starting at £58,341
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
The Welcome Organisation is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our mission to support people on their journey out of homelessness. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a well-established, values-driven charity with a proud reputation for compassion, innovation and impact.
You will provide strategic, operational and financial leadership, working closely with the Board of Trustees and Senior Leadership Team to shape the organisation’s future direction. With a deep understanding of homelessness, trauma-informed practice, and the social challenges facing vulnerable adults, you’ll drive service innovation, champion partnership working, and ensure long-term sustainability.
We are looking for a compassionate, confident leader with significant senior management experience in the voluntary, public or social enterprise sectors. You’ll bring energy, emotional intelligence and a strong commitment to equality, dignity and inclusion.
