We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Belfast as a full-time Administration Officer Our client is Northern Ireland’s Leading Public Sector Employer.
Rate of pay: £12.97
Location: Belfast City Centre
Hours: 37 Mon-Fri Shift pattern:- 9am to 5pm
Duration: 51 weeks, possible extension
Start Date: ASAP
Job Duties:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-
Calculating claims & processing payments on AccountNIDealing with telephone queries from clientsGeneral admin duties including inputting data onto spreadsheets & producing management information
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
Working with computers and specifically Microsoft Word & ExcelDealing with client queries by telephone
5 GCSEs including Maths & English (Or equivalent level 2) - Certificates required
The successful applicant will be required to complete an Access NI during registration
